What to do with all these blueberries? Make a soup and sandwich, of course!

Haha, who would ever do such a thing.
Just us, I guess. =D

WOW your blueberries look so plump and big. Where did u get them? I bought some from Kin's farm but they are not as nice as yours.

Cold fruit soups are lovely and seem to be more popular in Europe. Great idea.

I've always loved the idea of making savory dishes with fruit. Now I have more recipes to try, this time with blueberries. YUMMY!

Wow, this is beautiful. I would have never thought to put them in a sandwich. Very creative.

I love blueberries so much that they never last long enough for me to make anything with them. Open package, wash, and plop them all into my mouth. That's it. They don't even get a chance to become soup or sandwich. :P

World's most antioxidant rich meal? Very creative uses for blueberries there.

Wowzers, those two things together are like the Super Twins of power foods. I could live forever on a diet of blueberry soup and salami sammiches.

What an interesting idea. Both the soup and sandwich look outstanding. Nicely done.

I don't even think about the health benefits when eating. Teehee. But yes, I guess this is full of antioxidants!

Maybe because of the zoom and extreme closeup? Hehe. There weren't as many blueberries before; I read somewhere that the season was a little weird for them and lots of yield was lost/destroyed. Right now there are lots at Richmond Country Farms.
