I love munggo and neve...Glad you enjoyed the dish! I love munggo and never get tired of making it :) Don't get tempted to chuck the stems of the malunggay in...I did once and it was horrid! The only thing that made it funny was my husband's face as he tried to navigate through the stems...haha! I must confess though, I still don't pick the leaves off one by one...I just pinch the stem and pull much as Manggy described above.
