Made this Thursday night for dinner (BF and I worked overtime and we weren't in the mood for takeout). Followed your instructions to the letter but added some chopped scallions and some red/orange bell peppers for crunch (BF requested it). SOOOO GOOOD on steamed white rice. Was hoping we'd have leftovers to pack for lunch the next day, but realized we cleaned out both the rice and the dish! >_<

BF asked if we can have it again tonight. Maybe with some garlic rice for a treat (he loves sinangag). Woohoo! Another easy dinner night!

Definitely putting this on rotation. Thank you so much for another recipe!!!
