I have the set from culinary school.. Wusth...</title><content type='html'>&lt;i&gt;KimHo:&lt;br /&gt;I have the set from culinary school.. Wusthof (sp?). I actually do have a sharpening stone... and have used it during culinary. But for some reason, when I tried doing it now, I couldn&amp;#39;t get a good edge. Plus, we had a lot of dull knives lying around... so we finally just took them to a knife sharpening place. We had 10 knives sharpened!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WC:&lt;br /&gt;Hehe... I&amp;#39;m all for the cheap stuff, as long as they work great! We still use those -- what are they called? I should get a sharpening stone, though. Of course, given that you girls cook at home a lot, I think it is a worthy investment. Which brings the question...
