If you ever try with the zucchinis, you make another dish with the insides called mucver, you can think of this as a kind of zucchini kofte. You mix the grated zucchinis with grated onions, eggs, flour, some dill and parsley, salt and pepper. You then make small patties out of it and deep-fry them.
