OK, that really does sound amazing. =)<br /><br />Manggy:<br />Yeah, we have no exposure to Turkish food at all. So I guess we need to make these dishes ourselves! For the kofte, am thinking that they're probably supposed to be a little "bland", like pasta or rice.
